The Titans were a massive disappointment in 2022 after being tipped by many pundits to make the top eight just a few months ago.
The club won a mere five games (with one to play), just edging ahead of the Tigers in the battle for the wooden soon.
With strike players like Tino Fa'asuamaleaui, David Fifita, AJ Brimson and Jayden Campbell, the Titans had more firepower than many teams in the NRL but rarely played to their ability.

One positive note - coach Justin Holbrook didn't lose the dressing room, as often happens when teams perform so poorly, with the camp a relatively stable one.
That must set off alarm bells however - that the club could win so few games yet the players were not too dissatisfied with the way things went.

The club has brought in Kieran Foran from Manly to give them the hard edge they lacked this season but that puts a lot of pressure on the veteran playmaker.
Rookie halfback Toby Sexton had a fair first full season in the NRL and should improve in 2023.
Best player: Beau Fermor was one of the few Titans who looked to be having a go every week and improved noticeably as the year went on. He also finished the club's top tryscorer - a fine effort for an edge forward.
Biggest disappointment: David Fifita continues to be an enigma for the club - signed on massive dollars from the Broncos. He looks a world-beater on occasions - often against lowly-placed clubs - but too often was not sighted against the top teams.
Key signing: Foran - his best football is behind him but he remains a good, hard professional who may unlock the key to getting the best out of the struggling Titans.
Gains: Kieran Foran (Manly), Sam Verrills (Roosters)
Losses: Jamayne Isaako, Jarrod Wallace (both Dolphins)
