Pedro will take on Australian heavyweight champion Kris Terzievski at Penrith's Panthers Leagues Club after the injury forced their original June 12 fight date to be rescheduled.
Pedro enjoyed a successful seven year run in the UFC light heavyweight division which included stoppage victories over Khalil Rountree Jr and Paul Craig.
