North Melbourne have pulled off a major coup in the twin signing over Collingwood speedsters Jaidyn Stephenson and promising youngster Atu Bosenvulagi.
The Kangaroos gave up two second-round picks (No.26 and 33) and pick No.70, receiving the two players and pick No.39 in return.
Stephenson claimed the 2018 rising star award in his debut season with the AFL, kicking 38 goals across 26 games including that year's Grand Final.
However, after a less than impressive 2020 season, Stephenson was floated on the trade market in a remarkable fall from grace.
Former Collingwood recruiter Matt Rendell said that Stephenson had become a "shell of himself" as a player, with the 21-year-old averaging career-lows in goals, disposals, marks and tackles in 2020.
Stephenson is set to receive a five-year deal at the Roos, expected to be around $500,000 per season.
